Sponsorship
If you are interested in sponsoring a child for schooling, please send us an email and we will provide you with further details
and personal information about the child you will be sponsoring.
Pen Pal
Being a Pen Pal is a bit old fashioned, but keep in mind that these children don’t have cell phones or computers to communicate with
and letters still hold value in giving them encouragement that people do care about them and their life has worth.
Special Project – Solar Panels
The electrical grid is very unreliable, and they routinely experience blackouts that last for hours or days. The Vocational Training center needs to have consistent power to be efficiently operating. We are considering doing special events and fundraisers to raise money for the purchase and installation of solar panels. The cost will be in the $40,000 range. Anyone who knows of an energy base company that may want to help supplement this project please contact us.
Special Project – Well for Milele Home
Water is essential to all life. The Milele Home is currently having surveys done to determine the necessary depth to have a well dug on their property. They currently purchase water for drinking and use lake water from Lake Victoria for watering the fruits and vegetables they grow and basic cleaning. The Well will substantially help improve the day-to-day operations by reducing the time and effort required to accommodate their daily water needs.
Our Mission
We are committed to providing resources that facilitate the physical, emotional, spiritual growth and development of these precious children. Our efforts to enhance their lives through education, a loving home, and security from the violence and abuse suffered by so many who are left to fend for themselves on the streets have an immeasurable value for those we can reach.
